CHEMICAL RESISTANT POLYUREA

Chemical Resistant Polyurea

VersaFlex’s line of Chemical Resistant coatings provides outstanding protection from prolonged chemical attack. When used in combination with an aromatic polyurea undercoat, the extremely low perm rate and high chemical resistance will give unmatched peace of mind to engineers and facility owners.

If your application requires a coating that can withstand various harsh chemicals, VersaFlex’s Chemical Resistant coatings are what you need.

SECONDARY CONTAINMENT POLYUREA ROBOLINER

Secondary Containment Polyurea Roboliner

The RoboLiner® system for secondary and primary containments and impoundments are manufactured robotically in a controlled environment. Unlike field application RoboLiner® is QA/QC in the plant and arrives fully cured and ready for rapid installation. With minimum amount of installation time versus field applied it creates a monolithic containment solution that has not heat welded seams and requires no backfilling or covering.

Tank Liners, Bed Liners, Pond Liners, and more. Polyurea lining technology boasts excellent chemical resistance to many liquids with high build thickness characteristics, rapidly drying finishes and very low perm ratings. Polyurea is ideal for use in a variety of waterproofing, corrosion control, immersion and lining applications.

Polyurea is commonly used as a material for lining primary containment tanks as well as a lining system for secondary containment structures. Many of the world’s sea aquariums have turned to polyurea lining technology due to its fast set return to service characteristics, ability to achieve UV stable colors, and its superior physical properties over conventional linings.

Polyurea can also be applied over a variety of different substrates (concrete, metals, wood and more) in a wide range of temperature and humidity environments.

POLYUREA IN WASTEWATER FACILITIES

Polyurea in wastewater facilities

Wastewater treatment facilities, sewers and vaults endure some of the most severe and corrosive environments in the water industry. These extreme service environments operate in situations of constant chemical exposure and heavy abrasion that result in deteriorated concrete and corroded steel in tanks, pipelines, containment pits and other infrastructure assets. Leaks, cracking and damage to existing coating systems also top the list of challenges in facility maintenance and new construction.

Polyurea coatings & liners are the state-of-the-art technology for the demanding environments and chemical exposure that occur in wastewater and water utilities. These high performance thick film industrial coatings and linings provide durable, waterproof, seamless, impermeable, and abrasion-resistant barriers against a variety of liquids and chemicals.

SPRAY FOAM EQUIPMENT USED FOR ROOFING

Spray foam equipment used for roofing

We have the equipment for polyurethane foam that is applied as a liquid, creating a single monolithic membrane that covers the entire roof. There are no seams or joints, the source of the majority of leaks in traditional roofs.
